By using TuneLocal you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use TuneLocal.

If you broadcast, you represent that you have the rights to the audio, images, and information you publish, and that your content complies with applicable law. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the license needed to host and distribute it on the platform. You're responsible for the advertisements and sponsorships you accept.

Donations, memberships, and sponsorships are processed by Stripe. Recurring memberships renew until canceled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Platform and processing fees may apply.

Don't use TuneLocal to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass, or distribute harmful or deceptive content. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

TuneLocal is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
